Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process
To return an item:

- Navigate to your order history
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Choose a return reason
- Download and print the return label
- Pack the items securely and attach the label
- Ship via a trackable courier service
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

- UPI/Net Banking: 3–5 business days
- Wallets/Store Credit: 24–48 hours
- Refunds will only be initiated after item inspection and approval.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges allowed for size or color variations (where applicable)
- Subject to availability
- Must be requested within the 3-day return window
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Additional shipping costs may apply for exchanged items
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
- Items must be properly packaged to avoid damage
- Original boxes and protective materials must be included
- Returns damaged in transit may be rejected
- Use a trackable shipping method and keep proof of postage
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
