We deliver to the following locations:

- Most Tier 2 & Tier 3 towns and rural areas
- Selected remote or hard-to-reach regions
- All valid Indian postal codes
🚫 Note: We currently do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote areas: 5–10 business days
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary during peak periods.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹799
- Standard shipping: ₹49–₹99
- Express shipping (optional): ₹149–₹199
- Remote area surcharge: ₹50–₹100
- Bulk orders: Custom shipping rates may apply
Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 24 hours
- Cutoff time: Orders placed after 2 PM IST are processed next business day
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed on the next working day
- Orders are dispatched only after successful payment verification
- You will receive an order confirmation via email after placing an order
Tracking Orders
You can track your order:
- Via your Sutramall account dashboard
- Through SMS and email shipping updates
- Using the tracking number provided after dispatch
- Directly on the courier partner’s website

Order Changes
- Address changes are only allowed before dispatch
- Order cancellations must be made before the shipment is processed
- No route changes or preferred delivery dates can be accommodated once dispatched
- For changes or cancellations, contact support@sutramall.com immediately
Delivery Attempts
- A maximum of 3 delivery attempts will be made
- You will be notified prior to each attempt
- If undelivered, the package is held for 7 days at the local courier office
- After failed attempts, the item may be returned to sender
- Redelivery or restocking charges may apply
Special Conditions
- Bulk/wholesale orders may require advance notice and custom timelines
- Festivals, sales, or promotional periods may result in delivery delays
- Extreme weather, strikes, or public unrest can affect delivery schedules
- Delivery times during peak shopping seasons may vary
Lost or Damaged Packages
In case of lost or damaged shipments:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery attempt
- Email us with order details and photos (if applicable)
- We will initiate an investigation with the courier
- Resolution within 5–7 business days
- Eligible cases may receive a replacement or full refund
